Research Area(s)

Pig welfare, Behavior and Health.
Weaning stressors are diverse and their impact is wide range, transient or long lasting with mild to severe effects on pigs. Specifically, I am studying how early life management in pre-weaning and weaning periods in pigs affects their robustness, social behaviour and subsequent developing gut health.
