The annual Western Conference of Veterinary Diagnostic Pathologists is a two-day, case-based meeting supported by the Western College of Veterinary Medicine's Department of Veterinary Pathology and Prairie Diagnostics Services, Inc.

The WCVDP brings together veterinary pathologists and trainees from Western Canada, the northwest United States and other locations to discuss interesting diagnostic material and share ideas on a related theme in veterinary pathology.

Theme:

A full-day of “all things aquatic” - diseases of animals living in, on, over or around water (including invertebrates and animals raised in aquaculture)

A half-day of diseases of camelids

A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $129 US per night for a room with an ocean view or $109.00 US per night for a room facing the hillside. Room rates are single or double occupancy. For each additional person there will be a $10 service charge. The local tax is currently 11.3%.  To reserve a room, please call the hotel directly by August 1st and identify yourself as participants of the WCVDP Conference.
