Amanda Van De Kerckhove (MSc, PAg) grew up in Moosomin, Sask., where she spent most of her spare time with horses. After high school, she attended the University of Saskatchewan for her Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) degrees.

Amanda joined Co-op Feeds in 2010 as a nutritionist and deals with all livestock except chickens and pigs. As a nutritionist, Amanda is responsible for product development, ration formulation and knowledge transfer.

Since she has a personal interest in equine nutrition, Amanda is pleased to be able to discuss the nutritional management horses diagnosed with equine metabolic syndrome (EMS).
