Duncan Animal Hospital is searching for a motivated new graduate. We are a privately owned two doctor small animal hospital on Southern Vancouver Island, midway between Nanaimo and Victoria, and are looking for a full-time small animal associate. We are enthusiastic about mentoring new and recent graduates - one of our current associates was a new graduate when she started working for us and the other one had five years of experience. Feel free to call either of them at the hospital if you would like to talk about their experience as new vets with us.

We carry a mixed caseload of wellness and medical cases, with daily surgery and dentistry procedures divided between doctors, Dr. Wiley having a special interest in dentistry and soft tissue surgery.

In addition, we have recently opened a cats only clinic in Duncan and our associates are welcome to pick up shifts at this clinic once they are comfortable working alone.

We offer extended health benefits, continuing education allowance with time off to attend, a generous monthly bonusing system, uniform allowance and all procedures and supplies at cost for your own pets. Our hospital is open 0800 to 1730 Monday through Friday and with two emergency clinics serving the area there are no on-call duties.
