Ensure the long-term sustainability and ongoing growth of the college
Objectives:
- Develop and pursue new sources of revenue
- Improve operational efficiencies and optimize preparedness to take advantage of strategic opportunities and challenges
- Embrace collaboration and engagement and enhance our responsiveness to the needs of stakeholders

Goal 2
Strengthen and expand our research mission
Objectives:
- Build research capacity by leveraging innovative funding opportunities to grow and maintain a rich educational and physical environment
- Grow Indigenous engagement through research that contributes to wellness in Northern and Indigenous communities
- Advance primary research areas by establishing, supporting and marketing research priorities
- Enhance research collaboration by embracing participation and leadership in multidisciplinary research and team science
- Support researchers through mentorship and development at all career stages

Enrich and expand the student experience

- Ensure our professional program prepares graduates for engagement in the veterinary profession of the future
- Embrace and celebrate diversity and Indigenization
- Champion student engagement in the community
- Enhance clinical experiences for Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) students, clinical interns and residents
- Promote a culture of excellence in teaching and learning

- Sustain and advance an adaptable, progressive and cutting-edge clinical practice
- Improve our client and referring veterinary experience
