Profile

Dr. Madison Ricard graduated from the University of Calgary with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in 2020. She then moved to Saskatoon to pursue residency training and a PhD in anatomic pathology, which she completed in 2024. She also became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists in 2023.

Dr. Ricard’s professional interests primarily lie in veterinary undergraduate education. As a passionate and enthusiastic teacher, she hopes to incite curiosity in veterinary students and foster a love for solving diagnostic puzzles. She teaches in the college's anatomy and form and function courses with a particular focus on microanatomy.
