Dr. Guerra’s research focuses on applied clinical topics in large animal surgery. His primary areas of interest include equine regional anesthesia and pain management, advanced equine dental extractions, and the development of surgical techniques in small ruminants and pigs — species that are seeing increasing clinical attention.
