• After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970, Dr. Fretz undertook an internship and residency at OVC. Subsequently Dr. Fretz spent two years in equine practice in Australia.

Dr. Fretz's professional interests include general large animal surgery with an emphasis on orthopedics in neonates.
