Profile

Dr. Alicia Collado is from Mexico City. Since high school, she has shown interest in rehabilitation. She attended the National Autonomus University of Mexico (UNAM) and completed her degree in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics. As part of her social service, she worked in an adoption and shelter organization.  

After graduating, Dr. Collado earned a Diplomate in Veterinary Acupuncture and worked in private practice. She then completed a rotating internship and residency in Mexico.

At the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Collado is a specialty intern in sports medicine and rehabilitation at the WCVM. Her goal is to help patients regain their well-being and enjoy an active and happy life.
