Dr. Paula Lima is originally from Brazil. She earned her Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree at the School of Veterinary and Animal Science, Federal University of Goiás in Brazil. Following graduation, she completed a residency program in Small Animal Internal Medicine and Surgery at the same institution. She then worked as a clinician in private practice in her country.
In 2024, Dr. Lima moved to Canada to begin a Rotating Internship at the University of Saskatchewan. She is currently completing a specialty internship in Dentistry, the area of veterinary medicine she has become passionate about and intends to pursue as her career focus.
