Tracy attended the University of Guelph where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She later completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Ontario Veterinary College.
After graduation, she did a Small Animal Rotating Internship at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her primary interests are in companion exotics and wildlife medicine/conservation.
