Tsai Yu Lee is originally from Hsinchu, Taiwan. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at National Chung Hsing University and earned her Master of Veterinary Medicine at National Taiwan University, where she also underwent intensive clinical training in small animal surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Ching-Ho Wu. During her master’s program, she also completed a postgraduate clinical internship at National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital, with a focus on anesthesia, surgery, and intensive inpatient care. Throughout her training, she gained extensive experience in orthopedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery, while also contributing to high-volume pro bono care for stray animals.
She previously conducted research on cranial cruciate ligament reconstruction in dogs and presented her work at international conferences. With strong interests in surgery and orthopedics, Dr. Lee is committed to pursuing further training to become a board-certified veterinary surgeon.
