Dr. Carling McCrea is from Saskatoon, Sask., and completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. She practised as a general practitioner for four years where she took special interest in anesthesia and pain management.
She returned to the WCVM Veterinary Medical Centre's anesthesia service for three years before starting her residency program.
