Characterizing the resistome of Mannheimia haemolytica isolates from western Canadian feedlots to facilitate the use of next generation sequencing as an on-farm diagnostic. Resistome characterization is needed to ensure that veterinarians can accurately identify antimicrobial resistance utilizing sequencing.
