Research Interests

Dr. Haines' practice specialty and research interests include diagnostic immunology/pathology with an emphasis on immunohistochemical techniques as well as tumor immunology with application to immunotherapy of canine osteosarcoma.

The study of the occurrence and prevention of failure of passive transfer of maternal antibody in cattle; immunohistochemical and rapid methods for diagnosis of immunodeficiencies, immune-mediated diseases, tumors and infectious diseases.
