Alyssa Dickson
Director of Quality and Operations, WCVM Veterinary Medical Centre

Alyssa is the director of quality and operations at the WCVM Veterinary Medical Centre (VMC). Before joining the VMC in 2024, Alyssa spent seven years with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) as a manager in chronic disease management and as a human resources business partner for a brief period.

Before her time with the SHA, Alyssa worked privately in human resources leadership roles for MNP and the oil and gas sector.

Alyssa has a passion and breadth of experience in leadership, team motivation/engagement and patient-focused care as well as finance and the efficient delivery of services in a variety of work environments.
