We have a PCR preparation room equipped with a biosafety cabinet, freezer, pipets, racks and other equipment. This room is designed to prepare PCR Master mixes only and no template DNA is allowed inside the room.
You are not allowed to wear your lab coat in the room, and you must wear gloves before touching anything inside. Please do not use this room unless you have been trained and given permission by Champika Fernando or Noreen Rapin.
