Tapestation
Agilent TapeStation
An automated electrophoresis system for the measurement of RNA and DNA size, quantity and integrity.
The system integrates an instrument, data processing software, reagents and ScreenTape devices specfic for RNA and DNA.
Advantages over traditional gel electrophoresis include reduced sample input (one to two μl) and faster analysis time (one to two minutes per sample), making it suitable for next-generation sequencing (NGS) delivering highly precise analytical evaluation.
