We are a veterinarian-owned, non-corporate practice that will allow you the flexibility to practice medicine the way you WANT to practice medicine. 

Our practice in rural northwestern New Jersey seeks a small-animal-focused associate. but our practice also treats a wide variety of other species, from rabbits to roosters, so if you have a special species interest, it’s possible here.     This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to grow technical skills while being supported by experienced senior veterinarians and our capable technical staff.  If you have a friend who would like to join you in a thriving, compassionate veterinary practice, we will consider hiring two associates.  

At Alpha Veterinary Care we celebrate the joys of veterinary medicine.  Sure, there will be challenging cases.  And there will be challenging clients, too, we’re sorry to say.   But we are a doctor-owned and managed practice emphasizing in-house diagnosis and treatment of our patients. No corporate restrictions here.  We will back you up.  We will work together.  And if you have a hearty sense of humor and modicum of humility, we will laugh together as well.

Signing bonus of $50,000 for 3 year contract, $15,000 for 1 year contract.  Potential for a future buy-in opportunity for an associate who shares our passion for providing quality veterinary care. Salary $125,000 - $170,000 plus bonuses for productivity. 

The practice is located in rural /suburban NJ near the PA border and Rt 78.  Ten minutes from the vibrant, renaissance city of Easton, Pa. Ninety minutes from NYC and Philly.  Hike the Appalachian Trail or borrow the clinic's kayaks to explore our lakes, rivers, and streams.
