Acadia Veterinary Clinic - LOCUM DVM position available
Acadia Veterinary Clinic and Pet Rehab Centre is looking for a Locum Associate Veterinarian to assist our team! This position is for a maternity leave coverage with possibility for permanent employment if the successful candidate is interested.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for July, August and possibly September, and can offer flexible work shifts to fit your schedule! (2-5 shifts per week, appointment vs surgeries - you tell us!!!). For a longer term contract, we will consider prorating reimbursement for professional dues/membership, paid sick days, and can offer an excellent pet discount policy. We offer competitive wages (full time equivalent of $90-100+K based on experience).
We are a locally owned veterinary hospital providing full-service, high quality veterinary care and specialty services for companion animals and exotics to the Saskatoon and surrounding area. Our hospital is fully equipped with many new and advanced technologies! We are one of the only clinics in Saskatchewan providing CO2 surgical laser surgery (no scalpels!) and have been at the forefront of offering alternative therapies such as Class IV therapeutic laser, PEMF (pulse electromagnetic field), PRP and stem cell therapy for over 15 years. Additionally, we have a full in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasonic dental unit and digital dental radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, laparoscopy, underwater treadmill and MORE!
