We're seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, enjoys surgery, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build something meaningful for the long term.

This modern, full-service small animal hospital was intentionally designed for efficiency, collaboration, and future growth. The practice provides comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats, including preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and limited emergency services. Veterinarians with experience treating pocket pets are welcome, though exotics are not a primary focus.

• Serve as the clinical and cultural leader of the hospital, directing patient flow and setting the standard for medical excellence
• Provide comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats, including wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery (soft tissue, foreign body, and minor orthopedic procedures)
• Utilize advanced diagnostics including ultrasound and CT scanning as part of routine workups
• Partner with an experienced clinical team in a highly technician-driven environment with an approximate 1:6 doctor-to-staff ratio, allowing you to focus on diagnosis, surgery, treatment planning, client communication, and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Maintain thorough, high-quality medical records reflecting excellent standards of care
• Mentor and help develop technicians and support staff
• Collaborate closely with hospital leadership and staff to maintain an efficient, positive, and communicative work environment
• Schedule: Full-time | Part-time | No on-call
• 30-minute appointments; walk-ins welcome
