A deeply rooted, community-focused small animal practice in beautiful Southwest Florida is seeking a collaborative, team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. The animal hospital is an established practice home that has been proudly serving the community since the 1980s. True Practice Autonomy & Support: Our management philosophy is straightforward: we are here to provide the logistical, administrative, and clinical resources you need to practice excellent medicine. You will find zero micromanagement, no rigid corporate protocols, and a strong 2:1 to 3:1 tech-to-doctor ratio designed to help you leverage your staff beautifully and focus on your patients.

We operate out of a highly functional, well-established facility equipped to handle a dynamic, modern veterinary workflow:

• The Caseload: Small animals (cats and dogs) along with a few reptiles..
• Advanced Medical Scope: Features 3 exam rooms. We focus on comprehensive care and aim to keep complex soft tissue and orthopedic procedures (including knee surgeries) in-house rather than referring everything out.
• Balanced Scheduling: No weekend hours and zero on-call duties.

Both seasoned practitioners and ambitious upcoming new graduates are highly encouraged to apply. We are deeply committed to your professional growth and follow a strict rule to ensure a safe learning environment: we never place two new graduates at the same location. There is always an experienced DVM on-site.
