We are surrounded by cattle ranches as well as a lot of horse enthusiasts. There are quite a number of small pets as well . The closest vet is a 35 minute drive and a lot of locals use scooters only and have trouble with vet visits.
We have a lot to offer as far as lower house pricing and of course this is a fruit growing area. Our weather is very warm compared to others as we are considered a desert. Our community is growing every year at a very quick pace.
